We had a lovely morning frolicking through the lavender fields with @facingbeauty_ and the kids and enjoying delicious croissants, chai latte, and Ice Chocolates at @johnnyripe cafe ❤️ Highly recommend visiting! Paradise! One of the things I love about the Mornington Peninsula is that often the beach is deserted. If you go for example in the morning on a weekday, you could be the only person on the beach! It feels like your own private island. I had a blood test last week and the results just

I had a blood test last week and the results just came back. I’m deficient in Vitamin D. I was so surprised! The doctor said that it’s common lately as everyone protects themselves from the sun with long sleeve rash shirts and sunscreen. So now I have to go out in the sun for at least 15min per day with no sunscreen and expose my arms and legs to the sun to generate some good old Vitamin D. I wonder if I’ve got this because I went back-to-back from Japan’s winter to Melbourne’s winter. So I technically missed a summer of soaking up the sun. Photos from the weekend! Saturday was lovely and then it was supposed to be super hot today (Sunday) but it was windy and rainy! The kids still had fun though splashing in the waves and the view was incredible with the stormy skies. Fun day at the beach! So excited the lockdown is easing. It was lovely this morning so we had breakfast and went straight down the beach at 7:30am on the paddle board. The pool toys have been great too, which surprisingly is no problem at the beach here because it’s so calm!
